Local Delivery
How can I get next day free delivery? Just place your order of $50 or more on our website or call 780-484-5692 to place your order directly with one of our experienced sales representatives and your order will be delivered the following business day. We also offer same day delivery in the Edmonton area if you are in a rush for your product. Deliveries under $50 will be subject to a $6.88 delivery fee unless otherwise specified.
Store Pickup
When can I pick up my order? If you would like to pick up your order at our office, simply place your order online, and when you check out select (Pick UP) for your delivery method and we will have your order ready for pick on the following business day. If you would like your order processed sooner, please specify in the notes section, or call us at 780-484-5692 and we will try to have your order ready ASAP for pick up. Please

Orders Outside The Edmonton Local Area
When can I expect my delivery? Your order will be shipped via Canada Post, DHL, Purolator or UPS depending on where you are located. We will choose the mode of transportation that will insure the earliest possible delivery. You can expect your order within 1-3 business days depending on where you are located in Alberta. Orders outside of major shipping centres will take longer. Orders delivered outside of our local delivery areas will be assessed
delivery charges based on the aggregate weight of your total order. The shipping
weight includes all packaging and materials associated with the
product, and may differ from the product specification weight. We try to keep the shipping rate as low as possible.Please call toll free 800-371-8630 if you have any questions.
Here's how it works: If you order one item, the order placed will be based on the weight of that one item, but if you order multiple items, your delivery will be based on the gross weight of the combined products. We also offer a better rate on multiple item shipping, if you are going to buy one case of till paper your price is going to be x dollars but if you order two or more cases your rate will only increase minimally, "more weight does not always mean a equally higher freight charge". The rate will always be better than ordering two single cases at seperate times.
