Return Policy
You must contact us (e-mail or call) to obtain authorization for any
returns.
Return Cost
We will pay the cost on returns that are required as a result of our
mistake or a defective product all others are subject to 20% restocking
fee + shipping. The product must be returned within 30 days of the
invoice date.
We will pay the cost of sending out a new toner. The customer is
responsible for the cost of shipping the old toner back to us unless we
have made a mistake and shipped the wrong product. A faulty toner must
be returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date. To obtain a
replacement toner you are required to provide us with a “test page” to
demonstrate that the toner is defective
Warranty applies to supplies only and not to the printer
used with the supplies. Empty cartridges are not covered by warrenty.All other products are subject to 20% restocking fee.
