Brad, the manager, is very knowledgeable, cordial, and committed to excellent service. Today he shipped OEM ink cartridges when the compatible cartridges that I had paid for proved to be unavailable. He did this without asking for reimbursement or employing any bait and switch tactics. It is not often that I run across a company these days where speed of service takes precedence over profit. I will not hesitate to buy my inks and toners from this company in the future.
