Local Delivery

How can I get next day free delivery? Just place your order of $75.00 or more on our website or call 780-484-5692 to place your order directly with one of our experienced sales representatives and your order will be delivered the following business day. We also offer same day delivery in the Edmonton area if you are in a rush for your product. Deliveries under $75.00 will be subject to a $9.88 delivery fee unless otherwise specified.

Store Pickup

When can I pick up my order? If you would like to pick up your order at our office, simply place your order online, and when you check out select (Pick UP) for your delivery method and we will have your order ready for pick on the following business day. If you would like your order processed sooner, please specify in the notes section, or call us at 780-484-5692 and we will try to have your order ready ASAP for pick up. Please note that some of the featured products in this catalog and on our website are special order items, and are therefore not available for immediate In Store Pick Up. We will provide you with an ETA on your special order and call you as soon as your order is available for pick up.

Orders Outside The Edmonton Local Area

When can I expect my delivery? Your order will be shipped via Canada Post, Fed-Ex, Purolator or UPS depending on where you are located. We will choose the mode of transportation that will insure the earliest possible delivery. You can expect your order within 1-3 business days depending on where you are located in Alberta. Orders outside of major shipping centres will take longer

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (Special order items do not apply). After 30 days you can return a product within 60 days that is not opened(Special order items do not apply). A 20% restocking fee will apply.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). most product have a 1 Year warranty if defective. There will not be a restocking fee on a defective product. We will exchange a defective product within 1 year of purchased date.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
